Inbound queues SMQ2 are not getting cleared automatically sometimes

Hi,

 

Some times, CRM Inbound queues(SMQ2) are not getting cleared automatically, required to process manually.

Because of this queues are getting increased and system is getting stuck.

What could be the reason, please advise.
