I have checked the table VBBE. The sales order is not even present in VBBE.
This would indicate that this may not be ATP problem, this may be a 'transfer of requirements' problem.
You earlier mentioned that the requirements type 'was ok'. You are saying, then, that the requirements type in your sales order is the same as the requirements type in his sales order?
Are you further saying that every SO entered by this user has this problem, or is it only one specific sales order?
Tell me what you find.
