Hello,
I have configured workflow for purchase order release and also assigned agents for the workflow, but the work item is not going to user's inbox.
I can see the work item in SWI1 and under agents it has message as "no agent available".
- I have check all all the customizing multiple times and everything is in place.
- Event linkage is also done.
- I ran the event trace also (screen shot attached)
- I ran a test workflow via SWU3 and I received it successfully in my inbox.
- There is no substitute assigned for this user
