sap ECC we are getting " Error when creating licence data error " in sm21 , while using function module for getting data .

Hi Experts

My scenario is proxy to jdbc . we are dyamically creating a sql_quary and sending using one function module.

we are getting successfully resonance from target system to source system  but while checking in sm21 system logs are generating .
