How to restrict Mvt. type 301 across comapny code?

Hi Experts,

Standard SAP allows to do a single step transfer from one plant to another using mvt. type 301 even if plants belong to different company codes. We have a requirement to restrict users to transfer material from one plant to another across company codes using 301. They can still use 301 to transfer items Only if both plants belong to same Co.code. Any thoughts how can we do that? Should i ask basis to create a new role?
