Thanks for your suggestions.

I have tried with Terminating Events.

I have used Approve & Reject Event in Terminating Events tab, Completed the binding, & Activated the Outcome also but still workitem is getting completed.

It is working with "Confirm End of Processing".  but I don't want to implement this option.
