to answer you first post, yes I can see number of instances...
Also I think I need to describe the steps I am taking when I try to open latest instance in more detail.
I log on to Launchpad - launch WEBI - browse folders to the report I want to check - doubleclick to open it ( When you right click there is no option to View latest instance. This is only available when browsing documents through Launchpad)
As you can in the screenshot below, date of last run for this report is 26/06/2013
However, as you can see in the next screenshot, this is not the latest instance available on the server. It is instance that has been created when I refreshed the report in WEBI (not scheduled instance)
This also answers you second post....The scheduled instances have been created successfully and format is set to WEBI.
I can't have users going to list of instances to open the latest one every time they want to see up-to date data...
