Cancel Usage decision and reverse stock movement

Dear all,

I have issue to cancel usage decision.

We are using G/R inspection for production order and production order has serial number.

To reverse stock movement we create Z.. program which was developed using SAP notes 175842.

But it returns error message as below

Only 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1

Message no. IO304

Diagnosis

There is a serial number obligation, so the number of serial numbers must
equal the number of serial numbers in the material
document.

You can post the operation only if you entered the correct number of serial
numbers previously.

I check serial number of production order, g/r document(101) and 321 document.

But they have same serial number.

How can I reverse the inspection LOT using serial number ?
