SAP Business One Production Inventory Loss case SDK Soltuion needed?

Hi  All,

  I am technical person .. I have One question that

If i give Item X  for Production with quantity 100 then after  production  i receive 40 quantity of Item Y rest 60 quantity is my production loss ...

So this case get done in SAP Business One .

  Now i will tell my case

I have created a  UDO form in which user select the current of Item X  From First warehouse then Transfer  to other warehouse

So How to Manage Stock of SAP Business One Through DI API  ... Plz Give You suggestion ..Urgent
