Flat File Upload

Hi BW Gurus,

I have following flat file structure which needs to be uploaded to BW system, Could you please suggest me  the possible solution to upload this flat file structure to BW?

Source File in CSV Format

Field 1   Field 2   Field 3    Field 4    Date Range

Expected formatted Data in BW
