I tried this and it works for me but I'm using more current builds. From 4.1.2.0 to 4.1.3.0 (pre-release). Also I moved the info space to new system via lcmbiar file.
In the mapping screen I can see the measures that make up the calculated one and I can re-map them. It's possible that your measures are Calculated Key Figures?
